Very good builder; highly recommended. The owner Brian is a great guy to deal with and we had a very pleasant experience building a home through him. We decided to build a home when the Parade of Homes was going on and had visited many builders models. Parent Builders stood out from other builders with their beautiful quality of work and the pricing of their homes compared to the rest. Great quality of work, listens to your needs, very respectful, and is very flexible on what you want done with your home. We would definitely build through him again. Bought a model home from this guy in 2008. Air conditioner failed within two years. All shower controls had to be replaced because the internal parts were plastic and broke. Whoever his plumber contactor was, he did a horrible job. The guy seemed very put offish also. Wouldn't buy from him again.
