Pinnacle Dermatology - Blaine

I have zero plans to go back to this place. Last time I was there I saw provider Adam R. Hetz and he was having a “bring your Dad to work day”. Yep, his Dad - who is an OBGYN not a Dermetologist joined him for my appointment. They made a really fun game of “try to guess the different categories of moles” on me and went back and forth having all sorts of fun. It was extremely uncomfortable and horribly unprofessional.

Staff are so so so friendly and accepting! EveryonenI spoke to, from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, was incredibly genuine, caring, and friendly. They genuinely listened to my concerns and provided open, knowledgeable, and informative feedback. I highly recommend!!

I read a few reviews before scheduling an appointment here and a few said they had to wait a while after their scheduled times. I took that with a grain of salt as things like that can always be a fluke, but no, it is exactly right! I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. After 20 minutes, I went up to the front desk and asked if I was going to be seen soon and she was very dismissive saying “yeah, you’re the next appointment”. I explained that my appointment was supposed to be 20 minutes ago and she said “Yeah, that happens at derm clinics. We get behind sometimes.” No apology or anything. I was then taken to my room and waited another 10 minutes for that the doctor to come in. Overall, I was not seen until 2:10 when my appointment was at 1:30. Dr. Cynthia was nice and I felt like I was in good hands, but felt very rushed. If you’re like me who has to take time off out of the work day to make doctor appointments or want to go somewhere that values your times as much as you value theirs, this is not the place to go!

I’ve been going here to see Cynthia for a few months now. She is a really great and knowledgeable individual who truly cares about her patients’ well-being. I can attest the same for the nurses and front-desk staff as well. Everyone here is friendly and ensures that all patients are comfortable. I am utterly happy that I have chosen SkinSpeaks.

Poor time management. Always delayed appt. Almost an hour delay and should reschedule others rather than delay everyone else for the day. Receptionist was rude, I will find another office.
