I seen Dr. Birdwell today. I had shoulder pain 12 days solid. He is an orthopedic surgeon. I couldn't believe w/ in 30 second or less after cortisone shot the pain went from a 8 to a 2 immediately. It was completely gone. Remarkable.nHighly, Highly recommend. Assistant was very nice, funny, personable. Front desk were all friendly & welcoming. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. I give this place 5 stars & A++nThank you

I am new to Allina and my new primary care DOCTOR was AMAZING! Dr. Nelson was a fabulous listener and was not the type of doctor to reply with typical memorized responses like a robot. She conversed like a caring person and the dialouge was not generic but targeted to the individual patient, me. She knew, as we all know, each patient is different. We are not all the same. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding and great at explaining medical diagnosis in laymens terms. AND... WOW! She is on top of communication updating test results on my online chart! Thank you.
