I never leave reviews but I think it should be known that staff here are wonderful. When I switched my appointments to mornings at the end of my treatment, I noticed there was less of a rush and whoever worked on my teeth took their time opposed to being rough and forgetful. If I had known, I probably would have gotten morning appointments all along. That would be my only con. Dr.Smith is great. April is great as well. This is a team that works with you and held it together under the stress of COVID-19 pandemic. They were also very lenient to me during a trying time of my life. I wish they offered periodontal services. Nevertheless, my first time adult braces experience here was pleasant and edifying. My braces will be missed. I love my results. I would recommend!

My son recently got his braces off and I'm not impressed with the results ud83dude44 his bite wasn't corrected nor was the spacing between the teeth fixed. I understand that wearing the binders is what helps move the bite and he wore them about 65% of the time. We had more time to correct the bite and I feel the orthodontist rushed to removal. He hasn't even had his braces a full two years like suggested in the beginning. I will definitely let them know how I feel his next appointment. I'm happy I didn't have to pay the full $5500 I would be very upset with these results....

We love this place. We needed a second opinion from our primary dentist as they wanted to pull our young child’s teeth out. We weren’t comfortable as he was so young. Went here and they said they wouldn’t recommend it for now.... we go in about twice a year for a follow up. Thankfully the teeth theY wanted to pull moved up where they suppose to be. Now we wait for the go ahead for braces. But we knew we wanted to go here for our sons ortho care

April was surprisingly unpleasant and condescending... The Staff was great though.
