I was greeted by Jakob kindly, and he helped me pick out the perfect present for my twin brother. He was super patient while I was calling my grouchy brother to ask him his shoe size. I low key looked at Jakob’s feet for reference and it turns out that they were the same size ud83dude03. Thank you very much you made the anxieties of getting presents for boys easier.

No customer service. My intention was to purchase basketball shoes. If you have never shopped at Foot Locker previously, all the shoe inventory is in the back. Any shoes that you wish to try on needs an employee to retrieve them for you. Their prices are little higher, but you expect a higher level of attention and service. NOT HERE! No interaction was initiated by the Foot Locker staff. 3 employees on staff. 5 customers in the small store. After walking through the store for 20 minutes and not being asked once if there was anything that we needed. We left and bought shoes at Shoe Carnival. Saved money.
