On the Saturday before Easter we had our drain backup stinky who knows what into our basement laundry room. We called a few more local plumbers to all be told they were closed. Schaefer was the first plumber to come up when I googled. They answered and said they had a technician who could come within an hour! He was here well within the time frame. Ezekiel was wonderful! Patiently answered questions and helped us understand the problem. He had it all cleared up and cleaned up quickly! We are very pleased! Definitely would call again!
Schaffer Plumbing was our lifesaver!! We had a clogged drain and they came out late at night on the weekend to snake it out for us. What we thought was a clogged drain turned into a broken pipe. They stayed with us the whole way while we figured it out. They used their camera to go through the pipes to find the breakage and came back the next day to dig out the broken pipe and replace it. They had a team of people that worked quickly to get it fixed. We are so thankful for their quick response and their commitment to finding the solution to the problem! We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
Mike truly seemed to care about getting my issue fixed as quickly as possible. His thoughtfulness and professionalism was definately noticeable. I will use Schaeffer's again if the need ever arises. Call....and ask for Mike!
Very reasonable priced and quality service. Schaefer Plumbing has came to the rescue for me a few times in the past 5-6 years. Honest work and doesn’t try to nickel and dime you for extra service. Highly recommended.
I called Schaefer Plumbing and Drain when I had water in my basement. I wasn't sure where it was coming from. They were there in no time! Diagnosed, and fixed the problem immediately.
