Great costumer service and their response time is top notch
Needed a pro plumber today (on a Saturday). Ken from Downriver Plumbers was able to come out within a very short notice and he fixed my problems. Great prices to boot!

We called them they said they would be out on Sunday no one ever came. We ended up needing to call someone else who came and fixed the problem when they said they would and didn't waste our time. Very upset we waited around a whole day for them and nothing.
