Every time I go to the Woodhaven Concentra it’s always clean and staffed with friendly people. I never feel like my visit is taking to long and the customer service is awesome. This is my first choice to do my Dot physical. Keep up the good work guy’s!

Dr. Colors is the best. The staff is awesome. I go there always for work for my drug test and medical card. Never had a problem. Also the cleanest medical place I have been to

Customers and employees did not wear their masks correctly nor is there proper social distancing going on. The seats in the waiting room we’re not spaced correctly. However when I was finally called back I did share my concern about the mask issue and somebody did say they would go out there and address it now I do not know if they did or did not because I did not see it but hopefully it was addressed.nWhen I went to get my TB test in mind you I get one every year so I’m not sure what the girl did but it hurt and blood and I have a bruise. Moving forward I will receive TB test from my PCP. When I went to get it read I did show him and I made a comment about it and hopefully something will be said to the girl that administered it because it’s not normal for bruising considering you just inject something into the skin

Medical center was clean as could be . Staff was friendly polite and quick to get me signed in and seen. There were no issues up front ,once out of waiting room staff were friendly and quick and on point.no issues. And there was parking for bobtail truck so was very convenient

My visit was handled in both a speedy and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and professional.
