I only gave this one star because I couldn’t leave negative. Do not use this pharmacy! I NEEDED a prescription filled and was told that it was going to take a few days because the room was under construction. She guaranteed me that she would call me as soon as it got done. Here we are a week later, I call and it’s been sitting there for 7 days and no call!!! I was desperate for that script. Not to mention... if you would like to be talked to with friendliness, respect, or service with a smile, this is the WRONG place for you. They are rude, and useless. I will pay much extra for my script that isn’t covered by insurance and go somewhere else rather than deal with these rude idiots.

Very rude and they don't appreciate their customers.. U would think a non chain place would want 5 stars for their business.. Very very rude people!!! Beware, go somewhere else!!

I will never have anything filled here. They are quick to call you for an auto fill but when it is time to actually pick it up, it isn't ready. They are rude and when you try to express your concerns, they just do not care. I am taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Menards today. They have incompetent workers. They sell a product that they do not have in inventory. They waste hours of your time while doing nothing to service their customer. Been to other Menards this by far is the most disappointing visit.I will not return to the store ever again the rest of my life
