Just came in with my husband and kids and this place is hands down the best video game store I've ever been to. Fair prices, excellent customer service and everything I want and need. Would most definitely recommend!!

Customer service is rude, games doubled in price, horrible business hours, just shop at Disk Replay, The CLEARLY SUPERIOR STORE.nnUpdate- the owner is very childish and would rather threaten or insult people then attempt to understand and accept the criticism he continuously receives. It pains me to see what could be a pillar of the community fall to the wayside because of how poorly its ran. Best of luck to New Super Gametime and hopefully we see some new management soon.
The man helping us had a great attitude for what he was up against alot of people and not enough workers. Great service many games and game systems and accessories. Definitely recommend.
I don't really understand why this place has such low reviews. Every single time I've went up to the shop it's been nothing but a joy, they have a huge selection of games, a huge selection of consoles, and the people working at the store are always friendly. I would definitely recommend if you're into retro gaming
