Absolutely unprofessional establishment. Dealing in cash only. No paper trail, therefore no need to stand behind their work. Truly disappointed with the craftsmanship of the product coming out of this store. Store owner rude and unwilling to work with customers. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They need to close! Get them out the mall Southland! I took my anklet and bracelet there for repair they messed it up and wouldn't give a discount. I understand mistakes but compensate for it... It should have been free!! Lessoned learned will NEVER go to this place again.
