WOW! Is the First word that comes to mind! The store design and layout looks like it would be on Rodeo Dr. They made me feel like a Celebrity each time I came in. The stores staff always greet you with a smile. They educate you on what your buying and cover every detail of your purchase experience. Their quantity of eye-popping impeccable fine jewelry is vast! They carry traditional and modern designs and I love that too!! You feel confident and very happy with your purchase when you leave! So my experience was gratifying, satisfying and absolutely steller!!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Motif with ZERO reservations as a First and Last Stop Jewelry Store! Professional and Comfortable Service at its' absolute Finest!!!!!!!!

Motif Jewelers knocked it out of the park. The people there were so kind and professional. They sat with me and explained the different types of engagement rings while I struggled to remember and understand everything. I bought a ring (for a really amazing price, they gave me a very generous deal.) and my fiance was thrilled. I know everyone says this, but I genuinely believed our friends when they said it was the prettiest ring they had ever seen. 2 weeks after the proposal, Eric flew the ring back to Michigan to have it resized and to tighten the prongs, free of charge. I am just thrilled with the level of professionalism and kindness they have displayed toward me. 5 out of 5 stars, hands down.

Definitely recommend! Eric has been phenomenal in helping us stay within our budget, all while LOVING our jewelry. He helped us pick out our wedding bands and customized them with my engagement ring, picked gifts for loved ones, and is always available to help!

Always very happy with my purchases from here. The staff always is friendly and knowledgeable when I ask questions about a item , there diamonds and gold quality is unsurpassed. I'm so glad they have left the mall , the new building is looking great.

Motif Jewelers has been in business for many years and there's a reason for this. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately. To say they were friendly is an understatement! Loved my experience at Motif!
