After no luck with a couple pawn shops, we went into Rudy's and were overwhelmed with the friendly atmosphere that these guys provided. They were super friendly and got straight to the point with no bs whatsoever. They even gave my girlfriend an anklet along with my new chain. Quality people offering quality products. Would recommend 1000%
