My wife has always had a great experience at Great Expressions Southgate. Everyone is courteous and welcoming. Your appointment starts on time. She typically does not get the opportunity to sit down after signing in because they are on top of things and have it running smoothly.
The staff here is great. I’m a biiiigggg cry baby when it comes to my teeth. They always make me feel comfortable and tell jokes and sometimes even holds my hand.
Been a few times. Staff is extremely friendly. I would ud83dudcaf always get my teeth cleaned here. However I would never go back for any procedure that could be painful. Dentist was very stingy with the numbing shots to fill a cavity. Seriously hurt a lot and she didn't want to give me another shot. Will never go back for anything besides a cleaning
I feel so disrespected. I was in a great deal of pain I needed a tooth removed for it had a hole in it. The soonest they had available was 2 weeks I am in pain but I’ll figure it out. When I got there they didn’t know I needed my tooth extracted and made it seem like I was a burden for they were busy. I stressed how much pain I’m in and I can’t just take days off. Now I go to make my next appt to have a root canal I asked when she had open and the next was in 3 weeks my birthday so I passed and asked for a later date. The front office tells me a date that worked and she picked the time. I came in to my appt and the front office tells me they have been calling me but couldn’t get ahold of me and they won’t have enough time to do my root canal today and I will need to reschedule. The office had my number in wrong so now it’s my fault that I scheduled a procedure and and they need more time. I work an hour away and now I’m out a day of work and still in pain. I feel so disrespected that this office can’t schedule correctly and blames others.
I had my first visit to Great Expressions for a cleaning and I had a fantastic experience! Everyone was very nice and friendly! They really took their time to explain everything they were doing and I felt very comfortable during my visit! I would highly recommend!
