I’ve read sooooo many bad reviews on here, I haven’t experienced the rudeness, but store is not clean, I just wonder why none has carried like the better business bureau or (I think it’s called) OSHA. And customers, remember THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! Even when your wrong your right. I’ve worked in a lot of different retail places & always the owners (or managers) always always tell you the customer Is always right..

Horrible , made a mistake and ordered deleivery and pizza with cheese bread because we were tired of Thanksgiving leftovers. Almost 9 dollars of items were missing but i was still charged so either driver stole it or never put it in bag to begin with. Further, no customer service either and the food was like burnt staff is lazy because you can not tell me they wouldnt see the bread being charcoal when they put it in a foil baggie. Pizza edges were almost all charcoal and even other slices were complete charcoal on the bottom as well. As someone eho used to work in food service im smh at how lazy the workers are and the lack of care that theyd send obvious burnt stuff to customers what a shame. So about 25 of stuff that should be refunded, but 7 eleven has no support for deleivery orders or customer complaints a shame i have to call coporate to possible get a resolution as the staff dont care about customers at all as it is clear in the pictures. Just dont ever get stuff from here that involves baking/hearing because it will make your kitchen smell burnt 0/10 tbh but 100/10 for the coal they sent me and the smoke scent for my kitchen
