Most people that I know would assume that the more busy a restaurant is, the more fresh the food will be when you finally get it. After about 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru (placed the order through the mobile app, made no difference) that was proven wrong. The burgers looked terrible, the instructions to omit onions and pickles were completely ignored, the fries were cold, the only thing they did correctly was make sure each item that I paid for was actually in the bag. I generally have good experiences from McDonald's so this angered me enough to write this review before I even sit down to eat the food. Look at my review history, I don't do negative reviews often.

Food is good. But employees are only seen wearing masks some of the time.nnI wear a mask not to protect myself, but out of the respect for others. And I wish everyone working any type of frontline job would take the pandemic more seriously because it's really not that hard to wear a mask. Especially during the fall/winter/early spring months.

When is busy do you think the food is OK no my sandwich was burnt surprise just tasted like oil there was no so at all on them and now my chest hurts for me it was disgusting

I rarely have a good experience at this McDonald's. And today was no exception. Waited in line for close to 20 mins, and that was after ordering. Then when I pay I was informed that they were out of meat. How? And how did they not know that when I ordered? So I just pay for the other part of my order. Since I had ordered a cheese burger MEAL and just a 10 piece nugget, you'd think they'd add on the fries and drink to the nuggets or at least ask if I wanted to. Nope.. literally just a 10 piece nugget that was SO worth the 20 min wait.

Employees well trained Chicken nuggets were good but tasted a little spicy and I ordered non spicey fries were grad as always order was 100% correct went at 11 pm after an emergency room 5 hour stay and they even had my favorite cookies available and warm ud83dude04
