Very friendly staff. Helpful.
ATM is NEVER functional. 3 days ago I tried to put cash in, it rejected it when almost done and said it couldn't complete at this time. 2 days ago, it was completely out of service. Trying again this morning and it rejects my card as invalid. Been banking with them for almost 10 years and this is a common problem-almost ready to go to another bank.
Nice staff but extremely slow drive thru. Why there is only one teller helping at the drive thru and inside is beyond my knowledge. Poor experience. Won't recommend this bank to anyone.
I have been doing my banking at this branch for 10 years now. Ever since the new management took over with the switch from Charter one to Citizens, it has gone completely downhill. This new so called manager Najla talks trash about the former employees to the customers. She wants you to think she is doing you a huge favor by just doing her job. I am avoiding this branch from now on. It is a shame, they let people like that in management position.
The staff are friendly, know my name, and are fast and efficient. I've been banking with them for over 3 years and never have had a complaint.
