This is one of many issues, but the latest. Yesterday I went to close my savings account. The teller said I can give you the money out of it but you need to make a appointment or call the 800 number. 2 800 numbers later that don't work. Call centers closed, with no hrs of operation? I called after 1100am.nSo now I'm going back to the bank and seeing the manager. This is just a small part of my bad experiences with BOA! Never again! Credit unions rock!
Called them 15 times in a row during business hours they refuse to answer the phone in deal with business very unprofessional wouldn't trust my money here with people who can't answer the phone for business terrible management
Made it very easy for my wife to get her money
Bank of America closed my account for no apparent reason , I only used the account to pay bills, and told them the reason I couldn’t put a lot of money in my account I was told it was ok but apparently it wasn’t, the staff was great but BOA is not good business now I have to switch all my accounts. Stressful
