I went in today to fix an issue I was having with signing into the Huntington app on my phone. Vicki was very helpful and professional. She helped me fix the issue and even helped me open a savings account! I'd also like to give a shout out to the woman who was working the front counter, I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you were also very kind, helpful and professional! Lastly one huge shout out to Huntington Bank! I've been banking through you guys for years and have never had any issues. All of the staff I've ever interacted with have always been helpful and efficient! I would and do recommend Huntington to any and everybody that I can! :)
Its Friday..they have one person at the counter..where people are paying off loans, trying to get home mortgages..so ridiculous..I just want quarters..waited 49 minutes already
My experience was excellent, Katherine was my teller and she was very helpful and informative and had a beautiful smile. Thank you for all of your help, she went above and beyond to make sure I knew all of my options.
11/11/18 service at this location has gone down so much sonce opening. Had great relationship with starting crew, but they're all gone. Erratic hour changes is terrible.
