Do not bank here, trust me. The teller who told me she was the Assistant Manager refused to cash a check addressed to me and my father and deposit in a joint account that was in both mine and my fathers name. She would not listen to anything I had to say and turned her back on me. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me that I was only going to talk to her and she was in charge.nnI went to another PNC location Downriver the same day and they had no issues with cashing the check an depositing it into our account.nnAlso good luck using the PNC on line appointment booking. Made an appointment online, received a confirmation but when I went to the location they told me the bank representative went home and there was no body there to help me. Told me I would have to rebook the appointment.nnAlso seems like everyone at this location is very rude and they act like their doing you a favor.nnDon't bank here you will be sorry! Switched my accounts to Bank of America and they have been outstanding.

Horrible customer service. I needed to have a question answered so I called. The automated system put me on hold and it is totally silent so you have no idea what is going on. I hear the rep pick up the phone and then disconnect. I am going to change banks.

The slowest drive thru ever!!!! You would think during a pandemic and knowing that people prefer to use the drive-thru they’d put someone at the window that knows what they are doing and does it quickly. Just awful!!!!!!!!!

The worst phone system on the entire planet!!! The PNC phone doesn't even ring, you just sit there somewhere between dead silence and the enviable abrupt hang up. If their phone system is a sign of how they handle your hard earned money you should close your account and run while you can. This place is doomed.
