Friendly staff and free coffee. I am pleased I made a switch to 5/3!
This is the worst excuse for a bank. They have no problem using your money to earn interest and use at their discretion. But if you dare close an account for any reason (in this case a death), they will not give you your money. How can you claim to be a bank and not have a couple thousand dollars. They basically are kicking you while you're down
I will never bank through Fifth Third again! I am hoping to refinance through another mortgage company to stop having communication with them. They are unprofessional and hung up on me.
Always under staffed with an example today of 1 teller with 10 people in line and the drive thru full at 11:40am on a Saturday. That is why I left this bank and went to DFCU an opened an account
