Hello,nThis is an updated review a year later.nI traveled with this agency to preform Hajj manasik and there were so many mistakes made that could have been avoided. I think the leader of group 8B was responsible for most of the mismanagement that happened there BUT I also wrongfully blamed his wife thinking that she was our leader. I would like to apologize to sister Sara because of all that and for me holding her somewhat responsible for things too. I also would advice you to ask the agency if they provide guidance for lady travelers to Hajj. I still think things should have been organized better especially that most people preform hajj only once in their life time.
