I got my mom ticket booked through haj Nasif, and due to COVID-19 her ticket was canceled, haj nassif was very responsive trying to rebook her ticket yes it took time to get it all set but he was very helpful any time i reach out he would get back to me! Thank you for your service.
This organization is very organized. They are accommodating before trips, and their customer service is amazing. They answered all questions we had prior to my mothers trip and made themselves available with information to prepare her for her trip. While at hajj, they are VERY helpful, accommodating, and go above and beyond during the trip to ensure all runs smoothly and with ease. I would highly recommend them for travels.
My husbond and I booked our trip to Australia through Rawan's travel...everything was great and amazing. I had Great customer service, quick problem solver when our first flightnwas delay due to weather conditions which made us miss our second flight. When I called the office one of the girls name Sonya solved the issue as quick as possible. She was very professional with sweet mouth. I advice people to go with Rawan's trvel because they are the best experience we had.
