Last night we had our hot water heater go out on us so we googled a repair company and Accolade Plumbing Company came up we read the reviews and thought let's try it from the minute they answered the phone until the job was completed they we 100% professional and eager to please the tech that came out was Davis he was awesome and he worked very clean he removed and replaced the heater and made everything up to code. Spectacular.
I have called over to Accolade Plumbing Company a handful of times the past few years and every time I do, they are always professional, alert and knowledgeable. As much as I like to think I know everything, I have found great comfort in relying on Accolade Plumbing Company when I call as they kindly and gently disavow me of any belief I am the one who should be working on my plumbing. Janet has been great at walking me through the issue, ensuring a technician takes care of it, and leaving me with plunger free plumbing.
We've used Accolade Plumbing Company twice and have been more than pleased with each visit. Price has been better than other places we have looked and the owner is a great guy who runs his business with honesty and integrity. Nobody want to call a plumber, but when I have call one it will be Accolade Plumbing Company every time. Good work, good price, and he won't rip you off.
