Excellent customer service from making the appointment to the actual service call. We were concerned about a drip noise, needed a dishwasher outflow looked at and two faucets replaced. They were nice, knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. I especially appreciated the text reminders, the picture of the tech they send in advance and how they do their estimates. I will definitely be using them in the future!
Our water heater went out the same morning we were scheduled to start showing our house for sale. We called Arrowhead Plumbing and they sent Vin out within a couple of hours. He showed up on time, was very friendly and polite, explained everything to me in a way that made sense to the layperson, and got the work done nicely.
We contacted Arrowhead Plumbing on a Sunday morning and they sent someone out promptly. We had a major water leak, Gregory showed up within a short time, was responsive, considerate, assessed the situation and got to work. He fixed the pipe and everything was back to normal within a couple of hours. We are appreciative!
I noticed my water heater was leaking Thursday evening. The last time this happened, I was out of town and the leak caused thousands of dollars in damage. Wanting to avoid this again, the next morning I used Google to find a reliable plumber who could either repair or replace the hot water heater. I found Arrowhead Plumbing and they had some good reviews. I called them Friday morning and Gregory was onsite within 2 hours. He gave me a written estimate and replaced the unit in a couple of hours. I was very impressed with the quick response from Arrowhead Plumbing and the fantastic work Gregory performed.
My garbage disposal had finally seen its last days. The technician was one of the kindest and professional contractors I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Arrowhead Plumbing Company to anyone looking for a real, top notch plumber.
