This pharmacy cannot figure out coupons and passes their struggle onto me—the patient who can’t fix it. Meanwhile I’m missing days of medicine that I really need. The staff is polite during transactions but literally the coupon help line told me to switch pharmacies because they’re so inept and refuse to call the help line themselves. Every time I get my medicine, there’s an issue that takes me going and standing in line and watching them to fix. Please change, Kroger pharmacy. I don’t want to switch.

Helpful staff. Pharmacist available to answer any questions. Hours are great. Love having my prescriptions filled while I shop. Drive through convenient too.

Very close to my house but I now drive the extra mile to go to CVS because Everytime I go to fill a prescription it's a stress saga. The new pharmacist is nice but can never figure out my insurance. Nothing is ever covered or they don't have the quantity or whatever story they cook up. I've had the price change 3 times before I got meds. I literally said we're on strike 4 here. Lol ever since the other older man left its been a total Fiasco's

My parents have been using this Kroger pharmacy for many years. I usually pick up the prescriptions for them. Maybe there have been a few occasions where something wasn’t in stock but overall the service has been good. The head pharmacist Tim is great.

If u go there ask for Carla she care and is the best at her job no matter how mad u are she will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy
