It has been overall good experience, aside from a couple years ago there was glass left outside that shattered all over. Lately it's been clean and I am glad there is gate security too. I love JW Storage because that's where I keep all my stuff having such a small apartment!
Now is clean and I love the door system, make me feel that my staff in the storage are safe.
JW storage has been amazing, any time I needed assistance they have been very helpful.
We are fairly new, but have been impressed with the customer serivice!
I have rented a large storage unit in Springville for almost 20 years now. I have moved stuff in and out though out the years. But I don’t feel like I will ever get rid of it. I have too much stuff and kids that need to store things on occasion ( Like large Christmas presents) so it comes in handy to have a place to put them.
