I did not want to pay $85 to shorten my dress that only cost me $40, so he jacked up the prices on the cleaning and strap shortening. When I asked why it was now more than quoted he kept telling me that's what he said. I get home with my dress that I am wearing in my wedding and there are spots all over it. Looking like either blood or burn marks. Please if you value your clothing dont take it here! If I could give less stars I would! Now I have no choice but to wear this spotted dress for my wedding as I do not have time to find a new one before the ceremony! Literally in tears!

I gave them my clothes two days before my event to JUST be pressed. Came the second day and they misplaced my shirt and couldn’t find it. They kept looking then said they will get it ready in two hours. I left and came back and the manager did nothing. My shirt is still missing and not ready. I told him it is find mistakes happen. He told me to come the second day afternoon instead of getting the shirt ready as soon as possible he was taking his time. I called the second day my shirt wasn’t ready and my event was in an hour. They dealt with the issue as if people time and event dont matter. They were like “come take your stuff and we will refund you” are you for real?!!!!nnVery unprofessional in the way they dealt with the issue. Not going there anymore.

Never EVER come here!! I had my graduation day coming up and I took in my white dress shirt to get dry cleaned, and when I came to pick it up it had these weird yellow oil stains all over it. The man at the counter refused to acknowledge the fact that this was their fault and even went on to give me an attitude about it. The shirt was brand new when I brought it in to him. When I inspected the bag later I found weird yellow chalk like residue in the bag, which is where these stains were coming from. I did not have time to argue with them, I was on my way to graduation. Horrible place. Horrible service. Horrible cleaning.
