Steve at PuroClean is absolutely amazing! I called asking questions about mold removal in my basement. He immediately responded by stopping by the house and assessing my concerns. My home was ruined with an unprofessional, shoddy, incomplete water mitigation, going so far as to fake drying logs and asbestos test. Months later, the subfloor was still wet and leaching water to 2 other rooms. If you want your home to be dried completely without risking further damage or mold growth, do not use this company. We ended up having to a second mitigation, this time with a team of actual professionals. They were horrified by the work that had been done by Puroclean.
Steve at PuroClean is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He's always been very helpful and great at explaining things before he preforms any work. I highly recommend PuroClean and Steve.
We are very satisfied with this company. They were very helpful and understanding with our flooded basement. Handled our things with care and was very polite. Got the job done in good timing and was always here on time when they said they would be. If we ever need a clean up job again or if someone needs a clean up we will defiantly give PuroClean the call.
