They suck ill never go back gave me back wrinkled shirts with the same spots and when I asked she said (I do my best) I should've put my dry clean in the washer!!
I had two coats that needed the zippers replaced. And the zippers she (the owner) replace were better than the original. The price for repair was very reasonable. She saved me from buying a new coat. Very happy with this service.
I had her tailor a brand new blue jean outfit...when i got it back it had holes and tears in it and I never received a call to say she was having problems with anything. She hid the holes from my husband so he would pay for it. Bad business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
In my case with this cleaners they didn't do the repair work done to suit but she was going to charge me that the work was done i looked at my suit before leaving This was last Saturday.I'm looking for a new cleaners.
They charged me $50 to dry clean two coats a black coat that was full of dog hair a white coat that was dirty and when I got the coats the white coat was still dirty she said that they couldn't get it clean but I think she was just upset because the belt came out of my white coat and I made her put it back in.
