This store is run by some of the most professional, knowledgeable, and sweet people. They know their diamonds, jewels, and gold without making you feel like you don’t. They educate on subjects while helping you decide on a very great pick for whatever occasion you’re searching for. Above all they are patient, a characteristic that is too often overlooked in business.

I came across Farah Jewelers through a friend when my Husband and I moved here from Dubai three years ago. If you’ve been to the Middle East, you know the jewels there are out of this world! Being that I had lived there my whole life and was used to such quality, I was unsure that I would find anything comparable in the states. I WAS SO WRONG! This family-owned business not only surpassed my expectations in quality, but customer service as well! Their pieces are impeccable, and over the past three years, whether I stopped in to grab something tiny for a friend, or most recently, a substantially large purchase to send back to my sister in Dubai for my newest niece, I was always treated with such hospitality and received the most stunning pieces at very reasonable prices each time! I can’t stress enough, the level of customer service alongside such an amazing selection! I am a customer for life! If you are looking for fine jewelry with a side of Customer Service, Congratulations! You’ve just come across the best!

Me & my family have been coming here for years. They have beautiful pieces BUT I agree with one of the other comments here. They do prioritize the people that spend more & it’s really sad. You will wait inside for a good 30 minutes without being acknowledged. The older gentleman (the father) literally threw a bracelet at me. I literally just walked out! Very very sad & upsetting experience & I definitely will not be returning!
