I don’t say this lightly because I’m very meticulous about customer service, but elsayed literally has the most amazing and kind hearted people I’ve ever dealt with. Honestly I felt so welcomed and the gold selection is gorgeous! They are not professional at all they said to me I can buy and I have 3 days to return, then I went the same day after 1 hour, and I just want to replace they said that no returns no replace, then I talk to the man there and I always buy all my wife jewels from them he said yes sorry we don’t return, I told him you can charge a fee for the return because the ring isn’t fit my wife finger he said no.nPlease any one trying to buy anything from them they gonna telling you that we return don’t believe because they put that on the receipt papers.nIt was no honesty for real
