A horrible event came about yesterday. My family and i went to my mom's grave for a late Birthday celebration. When we got there i was shocked to see I could not see the stone it was buried from a new burial. So I called the office. A lady named Summer answered and said everything would be fixed. Summer was kind and caring. I am excited to see that it will be fixed.

We had been trying to locate my 2nd great grandfather’s gravesite for some time with little to go on besides an old black and white photo of the family headstone and an old death certificate stating he had died in the Detroit area. I called Woodmere Cemetery and spoke with Tracy in the office and she was very helpful researching and locating the location of his grave. She sent me a map of the location and had their groundskeeper mark the spots of both my great great grandparents unmarked graves. My family is very happy and grateful to finally know where their resting place is. A special thanks to Tracy and the staff at Woodmere for all the help you gave us locating them.

The Woodmere counselors ensured me on August 10, 2020 that my loved ones headstone would be set in the ground before the winter season. It’s now the winter season and I’m still getting the runaround! If I could have my loved one placed somewhere else I would. All I want was what I payed for, and for the counselors to respect the deceased... I’m sure that’s somewhere in the job description or at least it should be.

Horrible experience today. Tracey “helped” us today and we had to look for our OWN plot. after we chose one she told us we STILL have to wait to see if it’s available. what really made me upset was when she tried making JOKES while we are still in the grieving stage of my grandfathers passing. I do not want her helping us in the next few days that we are still arranging my grandfathers funeral. ud83dude14ud83dude21
