Service here is not consistently good, i sometimes get a really friendly person and sometimes I get someone with absolutely no customer service training at all and very rude. But the staff that is nice they make it a very good experience.
They mess up my order regularly I always have to make a second trip back just to make them correct it. The coffee taste horrible and they never have a good selection of donuts. They simply lack the skills to get simple orders done correctly the first time.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ! this has been one of the worst quality coffee I have EVER received from Tim Hortons. I usually order a French vanilla cappuccino w/o whip and it would always taste good but never in my life have I tasted such a WATERED DOWN DRINK like %100 water, It had no flavor or taste what so ever. (FYI my taste senses has not been compromised). I compared and ordered from another Tim Hortons. This one is the WROST location, PLZ DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PLACE I ADVISE YOU TO GO THERE.
My favorite place to ho. Close to my home and SO FAR the workers I've crossed are kind and respectful.
