CAUTION!!!! All BYU and UVU students do NOT use this place for storing your stuff during the summer. It’s super unprofessional and shady. They have no documentation and no records of any kind. I went to move out and the guy said I was behind on my rent. This wasn’t true because I paid the entire amount before I left Provo for the summer but the guy kept claiming I owed him for 12 days of rent. I finally caved and gave him a 20$ just so I could leave expecting him to give me 6$ in change back and the owner came out and said he he was keeping all of my money. When I asked further he said he couldn’t give me any receipt and there was no documentation and he drove off in his car. Overall a terrible experience. Not to mention this place only takes cash? All around shady. Please stay away.
Showed up at online posted opening time and waited for one hour for owners to show up and open the office for uhaul. Was treated poorly during booking process. Overall negative customer service experience but happy with the uhaul itself.
A bit run down but the manager was kind and straight forward about everything.
Fleming Storage in Springville Utah is great. Very helpful and friendly. Above and beyond with customer service. I would definitely recommend this business for your U-Haul services. All U-Haul trucks and trailers are in good condition.
Alec, is great and very informative. He makes sure you are comfortable and welcome. He also makes sure you feel safe and secure with your U-Haul.
The business looks clean, neat and inviting. 5 Stars Fleming Storage.
We stored our stuff here for about a year while we decided where to buy a house.
The good: The guys who run it we're great to work with. I'd have no problem renting a unit from them again.
The not so good: The gate didn't work for about 90% of the time. It didn't bother us, liked the convenience of never having to remember the pass code. They had someone out working on it frequently.
The owner was there during business hours everyday and watched to see who came in and out. He'd check on anyone who drove in if he didn't recognize the vehicle. Or just come out to say, "hi."
I have no idea if it is working, now, a year later.
