To be honest I did not have the best first impression of this company. There were many miscommunications and mix ups but in the end the overall service was great. The gentleman here were polite and professional, they let my 4 year old son annoy them with his million and a half questions. They happily answered all his questions and we very well with him. The unit looks great and they left with no mess left behind. You would have never known they were here. They definitely made up for the rocky start. Their professionalism and quality made up for the rocky start. I’m glad we were able to work with them.
They replaced my air conditioning unit and the new one works like a charm. They were very professional and hard working individuals and they respected my home while practicing safe social distancing.
Norm at Premiere Sold us a new central air unit. He made sure the install and the clean up was done right. He Also followed up on the warranty for the evaporator and compressor. We got extra long warranty for free! Norm is the best! We highly recommend dealing with this business. They are honest and do what they say they are going to do. 5 Stars!
My air-conditioning has been out for two weeks. My landlord has called them multiple times they were supposed to come out three times in the last two weeks and today they tell me my landlord canceled my service call which they didn’t. On top of that they called two days before the day of service to confirm the appointment with my wife and my wife confirmed it.
BEWARE****Set up a appointment for today between 11-5 sat and waited ALL DAY... NO CALL, NO SHOW?? water leaking in home from air conditioner, still under warranty!!
