I'm very pleased with using Lenox for my water heater replacement. My old water heater went out, and Lenox was able to come the next day and do a whole replacement. I thought they were transparent with pricing up front. Matt appeared at my house on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to work with Lenox again on future needs.
Lenox Plumbing knows how to conduct business start to finish. I was totally impressed with my first contact with Sandra who answered the phone. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Having a real person, not a recording, answer the phone, in my book, is invaluable. For me this is part of what sold the job. They came when they said they would come and charged exactly the price they quoted me. Shane came and swapped out my hot water tank in no time, did a great job and was careful not get anything dirty. I would definitely recommend this company.
We had a broken kitchen faucet and needed a repair sooner than later. Lenox returned my call less than an hour after receiving my voice mail and were able to schedule a same day appointment with the on-call plumber, Matt, who guided me through what type of faucet I needed to get and arrived a couple hours after I got home from the store with the replacement and the work took him less than an hour. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and courteous, and pricing including the off-hours/weekend appointment surcharge was very reasonable. We will definitely be using them for our emergency plumbing needs in the future.
Brain and Mark great team work! Very knowledgeable, better than the last company, that was here forever, Brian and Mark here for just over 2 hours to put a clean out outside and snake the clean out and camera to make sure all was good! Shane was super helpful with figuring out why our kitchen faucet randomly stopped working. Once it was clear that our best option was to get a new one, Shane gave us some good tips on what to look for and what to avoid. Mark took care of the installation the following week and we are now happy to have a working faucet again. Definitely recommend Lenox Plumbing and the Shane/Mark family pair in particular.
