Horrible horrible experience. 3 refills and every single time they have had issues getting it processed correctly. Twice the medication has come LATE!!! This time I called 4 days in a row and multiple times each day. I spoke to a manager who promised she’d call me back and she didn’t. This has been a nightmare. How can people trust this company with life dependent medication? Unbelievable.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Approved for a prescription on 2/3/21 not getting it until 3/11/2021. This is the worst Pharmacy!! they drop the ball every time! I call I get a different rep and a different story, they flat out lie!! I have record of all conversations and they just lie over and over, Time sensitive medication NEVER arrives on time, they will tell you insurance denied the medication when I am hanging on to the letter of approval, they lose paper work. I have had to send the same thing over and over. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

I am required to use AllianceRx for a specialty prescription that I order 2x a month. Two previous pharmacies were amazing and made ordering easy for me. While Alliance has some great and helpful representatives, most struggle with training and communication skills.nnEach time I order, I understand that their reps need to work me through a questionnaire that many struggle with reading. I am guessing Alliance has high turnover and offers many of their employees limited wages. Most don't seem excited to be there.nnWhen an order that I placed didn't arrive, I discovered that I needed to renew my copay card. Nobody from AllianceRx called to say, there's an issue with your order. My prescription simply didn't arrive. They let my prescription run out without telling me there was an issue.nnI understand that people are working from home because of COVID, but when I called to check on my order, I was on the phone for over 3 hours with 4 dropped calls while we were working to figure it out. It's still not fixed and I had to give up for the day and get back to my work work.nnI am lucky to have access to a good healthcare plan, but if I had a choice to pick a pharmacy, AllianceRx would be near the bottom of my list. I was spoiled by the service I received from two prior pharmacies that were staffed with people who wanted to be there serving customers. I see too few of those with AllianceRx.

I wish I didn’t get switched to them. It is so unorganized. No one is consistent with information. I need my medication and it’s like pulling teeth to get it. I wish I was still with Kroger. I seriously cannot believe people have to rely on this place for medication.

Got hung up 4 times while they kept transferring me person to person... then had to call back even thought they get your “call back number” but never call you back.. what a joke
