The pharmacist Courtney was SO RUDE! Hung up the phone on me before confirming a time to pick up my prescription! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience with this pharmacy, looks like I have to go find another one!nI will be making sure this “Courtney” gets some sort of disciplinary action for her RUDE BEHAVIOR!!!

These people are truly not appreciated they deal with a lot of problems, it's not easy dealing with doctors, nurses, and most of all insurance companies. They have helped me out hundreds of times, I take aprx.20 medications a day they are very very good at mitigation of all the parties involved, pharmacists have to know a great deal about the meds people are taking...finally there has been many times that they explained my meds to me better than the doctors office...great people, great service, I thank you and truly appreciate your professionalism.

Very clean and nice looking. Things are organized and not scattered everywhere. Cashier staff were helpful and my checkout experience was quick and easy. I haven't had experience with the pharmacy here.

Most of the techs are pleasant and customer oriented. It would have been nice, when told my Perscription was not ready yet..... that Meijers hadn’t even received it electronically from the dr. Office. I had to call and wait over 1.5 hours & literally drive back to Beaumont Health before they closed, to get a written Perscription before they closed. Technical problem somewhere ?nnBut I think the drive thru traffic is hazardous, trying to enter the make shift drive only really accessible one way with an island that is useless, needs to be addressed.
