I was searching for a work anniversary gift for one of our team members. I looked at several jewelry stores but nothing compared to the service, quality, and beauty offered at Jacob Matthew Jewelers. I was kindly greeted as soon as I arrived by Melissa. She was extremely helpful. She gave me a very personalized experience while making tasteful suggestions to help me find the perfect pieces. A wonderful shopping experience. I was looking for Pandora jewelry and the lines at the malls were super long. I was able to walk in and was quickly and politely greeted and serviced. I was in and out with gift wrapping within 15-20 minutes. Best store so far this holiday season!
