I took several items to Sean for repair. Some watches needed new batteries and 2 heirloom pearl necklaces that are close to 100 years old. The clasps were broken and the string had given out. The care and thought that went into repairing and re-stringing them really has me blown away. It may not seem like much to some, but I can pass these on to my children, knowing that they will last another 100 years. I got them back much quicker than I thought was possible, especially over the holidays and COVID. The watch batteries were replaced quickly, while I shopped. One watch needed a new movement and it was ordered and repaired quickly as well. I will take my jewelry to him from now on and I highly recommend him to everyone! (He’s also very pleasant and courteous too)

I went here for the first time yesterday, and the service was excellent! My watch was fixed right away, and I was even told how to avoid the issue in the future. The only reason to not come here is if you don't like good service, a professional attitude, and a reasonable price. I'll definitely come again next time I need a watch or jewelry repaired.

Sean at A & E Jewelry was great!! I took a watch in that someone in my family had left me and I needed to add a link to it because it was too tight. He did this quickly and was super friendly and informed me of some ways to keep it in good running order. Thanks Sean!!

I recently moved to Canton and was looking for a good jeweler. After reading the great reviews about A & E, I chose to give them a try. I could not have been happier. Sean was so hospitable and proved to be a talented jeweler. I could never go anywhere else!!
