My experience with Patti was top notch. She went out of her way to explain everything to me on our new homeowners policy, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I had no issues with my current auto insurance provider but heard that getting a quote from a local agent may be able to provide a competitive price. While I reached out to Loyalty Insurance regarding a quote from one provider, Patti returned in a very timely manner with a lower quote from a better provider while keeping my coverage exactly how I wanted it. I went with this quote and switched provider (Progressive to Citizens,) as well as paid in full for a discount. Throughout the whole process, Patti answered all my questions and was very honest with me.

We found out about Loyalty while relocating back to the area and buying our house about 3 1/2 years ago. It has been wonderful working with Patti Richardson over the last few years. I have never felt pushed into anything and she's always responsive. Everything was smooth talking with other people at Loyalty the couple times that has happened as well. Our old neighbor happens to work in commercial insurance (so she knows a thing or two) and was very impressed with our quotes from Patti and with Citizens.
