They use to be a great agency when there office was in Belleville. It seems like since the moved there office to Canton, there service is terrible. More than once as a current customer I’ve been told they will call me back, and I get no call back. I called 2 weeks ago to question why my rates sky rocketed, I was told “ hmmm, that does seem quite high, I’ll have the agent call you back and we will look for a better policy. I still haven’t gotten a call back. Looks like I’m going to have to get a new insurance agent to get something done.nnCalled the office like you asked me to. (9/16/20). Was told they would look for new insurance, but it would take a week to get back with me. I called Liberty Mutual, got a quote in about 2 minutes, and save $120.00 a month for the same policy that I had with you. I’m no longer with your agency.

Horrible customer service. There has been numerous times we have contacted them and they never return calls. Just recently called to make changes on our policy was told the agent who handles are account would call us back. It’s been over a week and she has yet to call us back. This is not the first time she has done this. We will be going somewhere else.
