New to the insurance game so I was trying to figure out what my rate would be moving to Michigan. I had a whole lot of questions and wanted to make sure I was getting the best coverage. The agent I talked to in Doug's office, just stopped emailing me. I guess it was to many questions. Went to a different agent better rate.

I’ll just comment where it matters for a general consumer:nnWhen my wife chipped her windshield, Doug Parrish sent someone to her office to have it replaced. I didn’t have to file excessive amounts of paperwork or even impact my day whatsoever. He simply took care of it.nnWhen I purchased a new convertible, I didn’t have time to facilitate communication with the dealership. Doug called him personally to handle all the paperwork; I just had to walk in and sign without any stress whatsoever.nnWhen Doug did our annual insurance review, he helped my wife and I set up additional IRAs, increase our life insurance and appropriately insure her engagement ring. It’s a great feeling to know we’re taken care of in a critical life event.nnBottom line- my life is easier because of Doug Parrish and what he does for our family. I don’t think about it everyday. Im not acutely aware of it. He just understands when you need him to step in and make a recommendation, he communicates effectively, and he's available 24/7 (seriously). Im a 2+ year customer and have referred multiple people to him.nnHighly recommended.
