Amy was very helpful in helping me keep my insurance rates affordable. The people there have always been very friendly and helpful. Rates competitive and the membership benefits are great for saving money as well.

I have been with Jeff's group for years now they have saved me so much money and make things so simply and full explain anything i need answers to so it makes very clear sense. I'm so happy with them i would pick them even if they weren't so affordable but thankfully they appreciate their customers and make it reasonable. even the discounts as a member are great all over. then when I needed a tow one time they made it nice and easy for me.

We've been with Jeffery Balazs Farm Bureau now for maybe 3 - 4 years and I have to say, they are THE BEST in customer service! Kimberly Langolf is so responsive whenever I have a change to our policy. (which is often) we have 5 vehicles, + our homer owners and motorcycle with Farm Bureau because of the service. I send an email and usually with in half an hour, it's done. Our daughters also have their 2 vehicles insured through the agency. Through claims and towing, they treat you like your a brand new customer every time. That is saying a lot for a service industry! The pricing and coverage is better than any that I've checked around for. I've asked for stacks of cards to hand out to friends and family! Keep up the great work!

I have been with this office since 2015. I am blown away with the service. Kimberly Langolf is always on top of things and the quick replies to what ever I need. Always pleasant to talk to, friendly and courteous. I would recommend this office and this company to all my friends.

I've been with Jeff for years and recently had to make my first claim after totaling my car. I called him and the first thing he said to me was Is everyone okay? Luckily my son and I got out with just a few scratches. I would recommend him to anyone! Excellent staff and customer service with reasonable rates that can't be beat! Thanks Jeff!
