We never could have done better without the astute and professional assistance of Mattco Public Aufeffdjuster Team. They jumped into the fray -- an entire house flooded by accident, even before we arrived home, stayed on top of the evolving situation in dealing with the insurer, the insurance company's independent adjuster and contractors. And, while the final settlement took several months, we never lost faith that Ken and his team would do what was necessary to help us realize a happy conclusion to our dilemma. They did just that.
