My experiences at Prizm have been incredible. Such a wonderful group of professionals doing their job and respecting everyone. I think Dr. Rosenberg sets the bar for excellent care. These people all know what they are doing. I also had a urine sample test and was not the least bit offended. I read the one comment that found a problem with it and felt it was unnecessary. I have no idea why the person was offended. Seems like good medical practice to me. If you have depression/anxiety and nothing seems to work, give Prizm a chance to improve your state of mind.nI recommend Prizm to everyone because it's amazing how nice it is to feel better with a caring group of wonderful professionals.

I had my first appointment here today. First impression, amazing. Front desk staff was welcoming, helpful, polite and professional. The nurse that escorted me to the back and completed my intake information was very friendly, courteous and patient. Dr. Rosenberg was extremely thorough, caring, understanding and personable. A+ ladies and gentlemen, keep up the 5 star service!

Dr. Rosenberg and his team are amazing. They helped me tremendously with my pain. This facility is very clean and the whole staff is great. Appointments do fill up quick but they are worth the wait.

I was asked to take down a previous bad review I had left, and I complied, because I truly believe that some of the doctors here are extremely compassionate, willing to listen, and good at their jobs. But the issues I have had everywhere else- being ignored, being talked over or down to, being cut off, the passive aggressive tone or shortness of the staff. It’s extremely frustrating. I went through 4 withdrawals trying to get a medication refilled in December and January, and now it’s been a month trying to get a different medication refilled in February. I do not feel taken seriously as a patient.
