What an amazing catering experience!nWe ordered the Mediterranean Platter, the Michigan Salad, and the Beef Tenderloin for 12 people. The platter had a great variety and the salad was delicious. I kept the Tenderloin it in a heat seal bag until it was time to serve, and put it in the oven for a few minutes before serving. It was still very moist and tender.
Utilized the catering service for our family’s Christmas Eve dinner. All the food was excellent. The roast beef, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, buffalo chicken dip, and baklava were all very tasty. The food was hot and fresh when I picked it up.
Use to love the place. Recently watched as servers pulled hot foods from their case while grabbing it with their bare hands. Very regularly dont wear their masks, especially when preparing foods. Do not change their gloves frequently while touching everything, then touching food. Poor food safety.
Several employees had their masks pulled down completely or under their nose. In the ten minutes I was there during the busy lunch rush I counted almost 10 customers with masks completely down and off. I left without buying anything and won't be back. It's a shame because they have good prepared foods and a nice selection of beer and wine.
Stopped in for pizza sticks, which were absolute delicious. The place was packed, and all customers were fully masked and distancing. However, over half the employees were either wearing masks under their noses or under their chins while preparing food/talking to customers at very close range (and a couple were not wearing any at all while yelling across the store). It was really disappointing. Won't be back.
