Cindy is amazing! Always so kind and helpful. She has really helped me out in some tough situations. I was switching insurance plans and everything was messed up but Cindy came through for me! The rest of the pharmacy staff is really nice too. Only thing bad about this store is the prices on certain items are a little high.

I went in to the CVS at Palmer/Haggerty to have some old pictures copied. I didn't have any idea how to use the photo kiosk. Justin not only helped me out, but took the time to make sure every picture came out in the right size, and in good quality. I was completely impressed by his excellent customer service and for taking the time to help me out. Fantastic customer service, definitely 5-stars!

My CVS at Haggerty and Palmer, in Canton, added COVID-19 Self Service Testing to their drive through, making it even more INCONVENIENT/INEFFICIENT, than it already was. Had to wait 15 minutes, just to drop off an Rx to be filled, then sat another 10 minutes to pickup the SAME Rx, gave up, and went inside. I am handicapped, had to gimp my way all the way to the back of the store, and stand there WAITING! Their Drive Thru is no longer a convenience, but a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE for elderly handicapped people. I am switching all of my 90 days Rx's over to Pharmacy Advantage, thousands of dollars a year. Fast, convenient, and co-pays are SIGNIFICANTLY LESS!

High prices. Only in emergency situations will i use CVS. Otherwise walmart is best
