They did awesome!! There had to be over 10 cars in the drive thru and it wasn't a long wait at all. Food was great also!!
Fries are always undercooked. I've asked for well done and I just get fresh out the fryer, half cooked fries. Sauces are always missing. There's a better McDonald's on Beck Rd and an awesome taco bell right across the street. Will no longer waste my time and money here.
Every single 5 star review on here from the past 6 months is guaranteed to be written by family and friends of staff, without those and the prior 5 stars from when this McDonald’s was actually good a year ago it would be half a star. They have a disabled girl working here, and I’m all for equal opportunity, but not when the girl is not capable of performing the job. And she is always here. I genuinely feel bad for her because it isn’t her fault and shame on the manager for putting so much pressure on her. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for the wrong order.
I don't enjoy coming to this McDonald's. The line at the drive through is always too long. I wouldn't mind that if the person taking the order would ever say thank you or smile or act friendly. Seems to be the way every time I go here. I know things are hard right now but a simple smile or thank you will go a long way.Must not be part of their training.
At times slow, but rarely have bad experiences at this specific McDonald's. Food is always mediocre (like known to be ;) and although usually busy, are speedy and customer service is on par.
